Dear Chris,

I don't know if you saw the Chronicle Magazine from April 11. The project we all worked on at 251 South Van Ness won an "Excellence in Design" award. Congratulations to David Yarma at Pfau Architecture and thanks to him for taking the time to get the project photographed and submitted.

It was a very successful project, on time and on budget despite some of the most difficult working conditions in the city. It's not often that our hard work gets acknowledged much less published and I feel lucky to have worked with you on this project. Note in the text where they mention "precision craftsmanship"........ that was your part.
